Viet Nam''s leading real estate developer and fund manager Indochina Land
has announced its exit from a portion of its Indochina Land Holdings 2
(ILH2) portfolio.
Tourism investors are hoping the central coast will become a new Phuket
or Bali, and have continued to build resorts and other tourism
destinations in the region despite the recession and property-market
slump.
